Wet flue gas desulfurization technology is generally used to remove SO2 from the flue gas of coal-fired power plants and sintering flue gas. The water vapor in the flue gas at the outlet of the desulfurization tower is in a saturated state. After the wet saturated flue gas is discharged through the chimney, due to the low ambient temperature, the water vapor in the flue gas condenses and forms a misty water vapor at the chimney outlet, which is generally white and called "white smoke plume". Kaineng Technology's flue gas whitening system adopts a two drop and one liter technical solution, consisting of an MGGH system composed of a cooler and a reheater, and a wet flue gas condensation system at the outlet of the desulfurization tower, achieving efficient elimination of wet smoke plumes and large white smoke in the flue gas.
Product technical solution:
1. Original flue gas cooler before desulfurization
This device is installed in the flue after the induced draft fan and booster fan, and before the desulfurization tower, to cool the flue gas to a suitable temperature and recover heat for reheating and heating the flue gas after desulfurization.
2. Saturated wet flue gas condenser after desulfurization
Install a gas water tube heat exchanger at the outlet of the desulfurization tower to directly cool the flue gas, condense the water vapor in the saturated flue gas, collect the condensed water, and perform simple treatment before entering the desulfurization tower for use. Lowering the smoke temperature by 5 ℃~8 ℃ can significantly reduce the dust concentration and moisture content of the smoke, eliminating "wet smoke plumes" and "large white smoke". The hot water after heat exchange is supplied for reuse in the factory area.
3. Unsaturated wet flue gas reheater after desulfurization
This device is installed in the flue after the desulfurization outlet flue gas condenser and before the chimney. The heat medium water heated by the original flue gas is used to raise the temperature of the flue gas after desulfurization, and the cooled medium water is then pumped through a thermal circulation pump to cool the flue gas before desulfurization. Create a closed chamber circulation between the medium of the flue gas reheater after desulfurization and the medium of the original flue gas cooler.
